18th Annual Norfolk Champions of Hospitality Awards!
The Norfolk Tourism Foundation and VisitNorfolk invite you and your team to participate in the 38th year of National Travel & Tourism Week, May 1th -7th. Communities nationwide unite to showcase the impact of travel and tourism!
This year we will be coming to the Award Winners work to honor them in person!
We will be honoring everyone in the Norfolk tourism industry, and awarding “best of” titles to some of our top front-line associates!
Since 2002, we have awarded over 200 hospitality associates with “best of” titles, and received nearly 2,000 nominations from visitors, supervisors, and co-workers!

Tourism is responsible for employing over 7,400 people in Norfolk, and that number continues to grow!
We are looking for your top hospitality and tourism representatives who go above and beyond daily.
All front-line, hourly associates who work within the City of Norfolk are eligible to be nominated.

Is it too much to just pick out one Staff member because the whole team is great? Fantastic, now you can nominate the whole Team!
Please send in nominations for anyone you feel fits the criteria to join our elite group of past winners.
Nominations should be as detailed as possible. The more , the better the chance at winning!
Winners are announced on Facebook and LinkedIn all throughout the week.
One person will be awarded the Peter G. Decker, Jr. Hospitality Associate of the Year!
