Hampton Roads Workforce Council has launched the 2025 Top 20 Under 20 Awards, which seeks to bring awareness to young movers and shakers in the Hampton Roads area. It's definitely an exciting a time to be under 2o and contributing to your respective community. According to the official website, Hampton Roads Workforce Council seeks to "recognize Hampton Roads' emerging young leaders in the areas of workforce, entrepreneurship, and community service."
The organization is looking for "Young people in the Hampton Roads region whose achievements in the workforce or the community stand out from their peers. We’re looking for youth who are excelling beyond what would be expected at the person’s age. We’re seeking influencers and people who are rising leaders in the 757 region."
Joshua Sheffield says, "We are looking for individuals under 20 who are excelling in their fields and making a difference. If you know someone who should be nominated, please submit their name or encourage them to apply!"
